What To Do If Your Password Isn't Working
Username or password not working?
Talk to your manager. He or she can provide you with temporary credentials that will allow you to log in, or can change your username or password on your behalf. They will need to edit your profile, using the edit icon (which looks like a pencil and is located to the left of your name in their profile.)
This person will be the Raising the Bar contact person at your restaurant or retail location.
That didn't work!
My manager has left the country, can't be found, or I'm just in a huge bind! Your Imperial Beverage Account Manager can help, too. He or she has the same ability as your manager, and will know how to help you access your profile.
